Job Description:
As a Production and Packaging Associate at Venera Company's factory, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and efficiency of our production, packaging, labeling, and order fulfillment processes.
You will work as part of a team to create and package our high-quality CBD products, ensuring that they meet our standards for safety, quality, and consistency.
Responsibilities:
- Operate production equipment, including mixers, filling machines, labeling machines, and packaging machines, to manufacture and package CBD products - Perform quality control checks on raw materials, in-process materials, and finished products to ensure compliance with company standards and regulations - Inspect and pack finished products for shipment, ensuring that they meet customer requirements and quality standards - Label and package products according to customer specifications and shipping requirements - Maintain accurate production and inventory records, including batch records, inventory logs, and production reports - Clean and maintain production equipment and work areas, following safety and sanitation guidelines - Communicate effectively with other team members and supervisors to ensure efficient and effective production processes - Perform other duties as assigned Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent - 1
years of experience in a production or packaging role, preferably in a regulated industry such as food, pharmaceuticals, or cosmetics - Ability to follow detailed instructions and standard operating procedures - Strong attention to detail and quality control - Good communication and teamwork skills - Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform repetitive tasks - Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and inventory management software
