YESCO Triad is a rapidly growing company in the sign and lighting industry.
We are currently seeking a qualified Administrative Assistant to provide high-level support for our Greensboro office.
The following attributes are desirable for job success:
excellent communication and organizational skills; detail oriented and accurate; self-motivated; exceptional time management skills and the ability to work with staff as an effective member of the team.
General Duties:
-Assist in the production of weekly and monthly reports -Answer incoming calls and route to appropriate personnel -Routing/scheduling of night patrol -Respond to questions and requests for information -Greet customers -Data Entry -Develop and maintain exceptional working relationships with customers and vendors -Customer billing -Responsible for A/R -Assist General Manager
Qualifications:
-Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google applications/Google Docs -Strong knowledge of Quickbooks -Previous sales experience a plus -3 years of Administrative experience -Strong work ethics Job Type:

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
