Sales Recruiter

Reports to: Sales Development Manager
OCCUPATIONAL SUMMARY:
To achieve sales/design staffing goals and objectives by recruiting high-level sales position candidates - through a search-and-find platform. Should be an expert in the field, driven and enthusiastic about being able to network and build relationships with prospects, and candidates at the local and regional level. This position must thrive on the ?thrill of the hunt" for new Sales/Design Constant placements with a compensation package that is directly tied to the performance of meeting hiring goals.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Establishes and meets recruiting requirements by following the organization objectives; meeting with sales managers to discuss hiring needs.
Builds sales applicant sources through researching and contacting colleges, social media platforms, and internet sites; maintaining personal networks that includes participating in professional organizations.
Provides the candidates with FLS organizational information, opportunities, and benefits; making presentations for hiring opportunities.
Improves organization attractiveness through our new mentoring program policies and practices; emphasizing on FLS Sales/Design benefits and perks.
Determines sales applicant requirements by studying the sales job description and job qualifications.
Attracts applicants by placing approved job advertisements; retail door-to-door sourcing and using newsgroups and job sites.
Determines applicant sales/design qualifications by interviewing applicants; analyzing responses; verifying references; comparing qualifications to job requirements.
Evaluates applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with sales managers, Director of Training and Development; interviewing applicants on consistent set of qualifications.
Arranges sales management and other interviews by coordinating with their schedules.
Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; Accomplishes human resources and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
Assists other departments with screening applicants as needed.
Reporting.
Other duties as assigned.
COMPENSATION: Base Salary with aggressive bonus potential. Monthly bonus is achieved in a 2 tier program that is monthly based. SCHEDULE REQUIREMENTS: Monday through Friday 8:30 ? 5:30. This position requires scheduled time outside of the store with approved monthly calendar. SKILLS / QUALIFICATIONS: Recruiting experience in high volume recruiting, experience in cold calling and resume mining required, interviewing skills, people skills, supports diversity, employment law, results driven, professionalism, strong computer skills and good judgement.



Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
