Retail Account Manager / Furniture or Home Furnishing

Our client is an industry leading and fast-growing goods and services company based in West Palm Beach that services major retailers, wholesalers, manufacturers, and their customers, and believes in supporting and training their employees to provide them with excellent long-term growth opportunities. They have an immediate need for an Enterprise Retail Account Manager who will serve as the primary point of contact between the company and assigned major retail clients, acting as a goodwill ambassador for the company. He/She will oversee all operations, customer service, and support and must know how to appropriately identify and resolve any concerns for their top retail client. He/She will own and maintain positive long-term relationships with the client and ensure their needs are met timely, to maximize client satisfaction and experience. They will also work with other departments to maintain a consistent engagement strategy to track the success of the client relationship. This Enterprise Retail Account Manager will manage one of the company?s top, nationwide enterprise retail clients, so nationwide travel will be required on an as needed basis (approx. 50% travel).? He/She must also be available after hours as necessary for any emergencies that may arise. This position will be based out of the company?s West Palm Beach corporate office when not traveling.

REQUIREMENTS:




  • MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN EITHER THE FURNITURE OR HOME FURNISHING INDUSTRIES.


  • Strong experience managing a large enterprise retail client with locations nationwide (or at least in several states)


  • Track record of success in managing major enterprise level accounts


  • Highly skilled in identifying solutions to concerns, operational improvements or ensuring all needs of a client are being met.


  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills are a must


  • Effective communication skills with all levels of employees in a company (from phone operators to C-level execs).?


  • Able to travel nationwide (up to 15%) and be ?on-call? for any client emergencies (which is rare occurrence).


  • Bachelor?s degree or higher preferred

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
